                Notice regarding Location Tracking: Easy Omni Tracker is a utility app for real-time location tracking. Location data is processed only when active tracking is explicitly started by the user. Tracking can be paused or stopped by the driver at any time directly within the application.
            

1. Introduction

Welcome to easyomnitracker.in ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user data. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Easy Omni Tracker / OmniTrack Driver (Package Name: com.easyomnitracker.app) handles data.

2. Information Collected

A. Location Data (Foreground & Background)

GPS Location & Timestamp: The app collects precise location coordinates (latitude, longitude) and timestamps during active tracking sessions.
Background Processing: When enabled by the driver, location data is updated in the background (even when the app is minimized) to maintain active tracking updates for the manager. A persistent status notification is always displayed while tracking is active.

B. Device Data

The app does NOT collect sensitive device identifiers (such as hardware serial numbers or Android IDs), OS version logs, or personal device files.

C. Personal Information & Account Data

The mobile app does NOT collect any personal information from drivers (no driver name, email address, phone number, or personal profile data is collected or required in the mobile app).
Drivers authenticate simply using a Tracking ID and Passcode provided by their manager.

3. How Information is Used

Collected location updates are used solely for real-time tracking visualization on the manager dashboard and route history display.

4. User Control & Privacy

Driver Control: The driver has complete control to start, pause, or terminate location tracking at any time using the main toggle inside the app.
Foreground Notification: A visible system notification displays whenever tracking is active.

5. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or share location data with any third parties or advertisers.
All location transmissions between the mobile app and server are securely encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

6. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to request deletion of any stored tracking logs or account data, please email us at easyomnitracker@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
